Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Chamberless:

• for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of workplace, privacy, anti-discrimination or other laws;
• to harass, bully, intimidate or unlawfully discriminate against anyone;
• for unauthorised or covert monitoring of workers, or monitoring that breaches workplace surveillance laws;
• to store personal information you obtained unlawfully or have no right to use;
• to store unnecessary sensitive information (for example government identifiers, bank details, biometric data or criminal history).

• Do not share logins — each person needs their own account.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not attempt to access data, organisations or features you are not authorised to use, or to bypass or probe access controls.

• No malware, malicious code or attempts to disrupt the service, including denial-of-service activity.
• No scraping, crawling or automated bulk extraction except through features we provide (such as CSV export).
• No reverse engineering, decompiling or copying the software, except to the extent the law does not allow this to be restricted.
• No security testing without our prior written permission.

• Only invite people who genuinely work with your organisation.
• Do not use invitations or other Chamberless emails to send spam, marketing or unsolicited messages.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, as described in our Terms. To report misuse or a security concern, email support@chamberless.com.
